Ajay Menon
Ajay Menon is a management graduate who has worked within the airline and travel industry in various commercial roles. He has worked & learnt from the veterans of the industry and his work career has also taken him all over the Middle East & Africa. An avid reader, cricket fan and a travel buff, he has been fortunate enough to visit many cultures and destinations. Ajay returned to India in 2012 and has been the force behind “Mitr Travel”. A proud Freemason and a Rotarian, he enjoys being a part of community service projects.
Dr. Sheetal
Dr. Sheetal completed her MBBS from MR Medical College Karnataka. After completing her graduation she pursued her post-graduation and training in the UK. She trained in Obs & Gynae for 3 years leading to DRCOG & DFSRH, following which she further trained in family medicine leading to MRCGP with completion of certificate training (CCST) in Family Medicine. She further specialized in Diabetes and did her Post Graduate Diploma in Diabetes from Leicester University. She worked across various hospitals in NHS during her eleven years in UK and is currently working as a Consultant Diabetologist in Hyderabad for a leading National Speciality Chain. Her core area of work is Diabetes with special interest in Gestational Diabetes.
Jisha Nambiar
Jisha Nambiar initially worked in the banking/insurance sector and then took a 2 year sabbatical to start a family. The name ‘Mitr’ was her brainchild to highlight that any service we provide will be done in a friendly manner. Her travel career began with her specialising in selling Cruise Packages for a South African based company and then at Mitr she has been instrumental in building the Tours/Medical Tourism Department. Her key strength is a hands on approach to each task.
Dr. Akheel Rizwan
Dr. Akheel Rizwan completed his MBBS, DCH from MR Medical College Karnataka. After completing his post-graduation he pursued higher education and training in the UK leading to MRCPCH (Member of the Royal College Of Pediatrics and Child Health, London). During his nine years stay in the UK, he has worked extensively across various hospitals obtaining higher specialist training in areas of newborn and pediatric intensive care apart from general pediatrics. He has extensive experience in India as well and is now a Consultant at a State of the Art Children’s Hospital in Hyderabad. His core area of work is intensive care, dealing with both critically ill newborn babies & children. He also has specialized training in pediatric & infant critical care transport.
